We look at the house — in person or from your photos — and lay out what gets lit and what doesn't. You get a number before anything is ordered.
Lines are cut to your measurements, clipped at the shingle edge, and run with enough slack for freeze and thaw. Power and timer sorted so you never touch a switch.
Wind moves things. Bulbs fail. That's the season — call us and we come back out.
After the season the lights come off, get labeled by section, and go into storage. Next year they go back up faster because they already fit.

That is the floor. Two stories, steep pitches, peaks, wrapped trees, columns and walkways all move the number up. Permanent lighting is priced differently, as a one-time system.
We would rather you see that number here than find out after a site visit.
